How can I tour a house?

Please email us at info@statehousesprop.com to schedule a tour. If you know which unit you'd like to rent please click "Apply Now" and a leasing agent will reach out to you to move forward.

How do I reserve a rental?

We require a $1,000/$1,500 non-refundable check to reserve the property and take off market. Along with the check please provide the names and co-signers names to info@statehousesprop.com. From here we will send out a lease via Docusign for all tenants and cosigners to complete. Shorty after(2-3 weeks) we will collect the remaining security deposit totaling in the amount of one months rent.

When do house tours start?

October by appointment. Please email info@statehousesprop.com and we can correspond a time that works for our current tenants and prospective tenants.

Does our house include cable, internet, waste, water etc.?

All of these services are responsibility of the tenants.

Does State Houses divide the rent of the houses?

Rent splits are decided by the tenants in the group. We can only advise you what we have seen past tenants divide the rent as.
